ABOUT
I am a certified Personal Trainer through the NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine), NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, hold Pilates Apparatuses Certifications from Balanced Body University and completed 200 hours of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor training from Kripalu. I have over 15 years of experience motivating, coaching and guiding individuals to reach and achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals. Continuing to help each client get a greater sense wellbeing is my passion.
Using a unique and holistic combination of strength and flexibility, Pilates and Yoga techniques and disciplines, I create one on one, custom programs for men and women of all ages that fit their lifestyle goals, post rehab, busy professionals and seniors.
